Having been a realtor I’ve gained a vast amount of knowledge about the workings of a real estate transaction. Because of this, I decided to be dual licensed as a realtor and a loan originator. This provides me a unique advantage when working with my clients.

I have been told that I communicate very well, and in this business I believe that is the single most important quality to have.

My favorite part of the job is really the same as being a realtor, which is the fact that I am helping people purchase their single most expensive investment. The most rewarding part is at the closing table, seeing how excited my clients are about finally getting into their new home.
