Andros Ioakimides

Andros Ioakimides is the Co-Founder of Homestead Financial Mortgage, a company he helped establish in 1998 with a mission to make the mortgage process simple, transparent, and client focused.

Originally from Cyprus, Andros came to the United States at the age of 20 with just $100 in his pocket and a strong drive to succeed. He earned his degree in accounting from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, building a strong foundation in finance that has fueled over two decades of leadership and growth at Homestead. 

Andros is passionate about creating a strong, inclusive company culture where every team member feels valued and empowered. He believes in mentoring others and takes pride in helping individuals achieve their professional goals. Under his leadership, Homestead has grown into a place where people thrive, not just as employees but as professionals building meaningful careers. 

Beyond the world of mortgage lending, Andros enjoys spending time with his family, loves to travel, and is an avid professional poker player known for his strategic mindset and competitive spirit.
