Bob Perotti, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Bob Perotti officially joined Homestead Financial Mortgage as Chief Financial Officer in 2016, following more than a decade of collaboration as their outside CPA resource. After selling his interest in his accounting firm in 2014, Bob was invited to bring his leadership and financial expertise in-house, with a focus on scaling the organization for sustainable growth. Since stepping into his role, he has remained energized by the evolving challenges of the mortgage industry and the opportunity to contribute to Homestead’s long-term vision of transformation.
Bob began his career after graduating from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, where he built lasting connections that would become the foundation of his public accounting career. He founded his CPA firm in 1999, and the relationships he developed throughout that time have remained valuable throughout his professional journey.
Spending time with family and friends has always been a central pillar of Bob’s life. He feels incredibly blessed to have a close-knit group of college friends with whom he has reconnected frequently over the years. Bob is also deeply committed to his family and enjoys an active lifestyle. He and his wife have cherished the experience of raising their children—cheering them on at ice rinks and golf courses—and now enjoy traveling, golfing, hiking, and scuba diving together. They’ve especially treasured time spent at Ole Miss, where both of their sons attended college. As longtime college football fans, they’ve made many memories on Saturdays in The Grove, soaking in the excitement of game day.
Bob believes in living intentionally, especially when it comes to balancing work and personal life. At Homestead, he appreciates a culture that respects that balance and supports personal fulfillment. Having worked with a wide range of companies during his years in public accounting, he’s found Homestead’s values-driven culture and growth mindset to be truly unique. He credits the company’s leadership for fostering an environment where individual development and organizational progress go hand in hand.
