Eric Paniucki

Eric Paniucki has been a dedicated and Indispensable part of the Homestead team since 2001. His journey into the mortgage industry began while working at a prior mortgage company, where a title agent introduced him to Greg Aftayev at Homestead. After meeting with the company’s leadership, Eric knew Homestead was the right place for him, and he has remained ever since—largely due to the strong relationships he’s built with his colleagues. 

As the Processing Manager, Eric plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient loan processing, providing a seamless experience for both loan officers and clients. He values the culture and leadership at Homestead and appreciates the work-life balance the company offers, including the ability to work remotely a couple of days a week. 

Outside of work, Eric enjoys tackling home improvement projects, always looking for ways to enhance and refine his living space. His dedication to detail and problem-solving skills, whether at work or at home, reflect his commitment to excellence in everything he does.
