Jayson Hardie is the CEO and a founding member of Homestead Financial Mortgage, where he has been a driving force since its inception in September 1998. With a background in accounting, Jayson quickly realized that specializing in a single industry wasn’t his calling. Instead, he found his niche in real estate and business ownership—fields that require a dynamic, multi-talented approach.

Jayson’s greatest strength lies in his ability to understand and integrate the various roles within an organization, ensuring that each piece works cohesively to drive success. While he may not claim to excel in every individual role, his ability to see the bigger picture and connect the dots allows him to foster a collaborative and high-performing team.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jayson is dedicated to raising three wonderful children with his wife, Katjé. He is passionate about triathlons, fishing, and studying successful organizations and leaders.
