Jeff Budde has been a fundamental team member at Homestead Financial Mortgage since 2003. His tenure is a testament to the company’s strong culture and supportive atmosphere, which have made Homestead an ideal place for his career growth. 

Before entering the mortgage industry, Jeff owned a restaurant, but he ultimately found his passion in helping loan officers thrive in their roles. The transition to Homestead was one of the best decisions of his career, allowing him to leverage his leadership skills while enjoying the flexibility and work-life balance that the company provides. 

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys playing golf and competing in BBQ events with The Burnt Crow, his competitive barbecue team. These activities offer him a way to unwind, connect with friends, and embrace a bit of friendly competition.
