Louis Nolfo

Having started with Homestead Financial Mortgage in 2000, Louis Nolfo built his career in the mortgage and finance industry by tackling challenges head-on and adapting to an ever-changing landscape. His journey started with a passion for finance and a drive to succeed, and Homestead has been the place where he has honed his expertise and built lasting relationships. 

Outside of work, Louis’ passion lies in the world of nostalgia top fuel racing. He’s spent years crewing for nostalgia top fuel race teams and says there’s nothing quite like the smell of nitro, the roar of the engines, and the camaraderie that comes with being part of something so intense. The sport has changed over the years, but the nostalgia of those early days and the friendships built at the track will always be a part of him. 

Balancing work and personal life is a constant effort, as the mortgage industry tends to creep in at all hours. But Louis has learned to set firm boundaries—cutting off distractions when necessary to maintain time for his passions. 

What truly sets Homestead apart for Louis is the people. Over the years, he’s had the privilege of working alongside an incredible team—talented, hardworking, and just the right amount of crazy. While at times it feels like herding cats, his fellow coworkers make it all worth it. Their dedication, humor, and camaraderie turn the daily grind into something more—a team that sticks together, no matter what.
