Beth Molina is a Loan Advisor who believes the mortgage process should feel understandable, comfortable, and personal. Known for staying calm, listening closely, and taking the time to explain each step, Beth works to make sure her clients feel informed and confident throughout their homebuying journey.

Beth was drawn to the mortgage industry when her children were young, looking for a career that would give her greater flexibility while also allowing her to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. What she found was a passion for helping individuals and families see possibilities they may not have imagined for themselves. Her favorite part of the job is helping clients realize that the dream of homeownership may be more achievable than they thought.

A graduate of Louisiana Tech University, Beth holds both bachelor's and master's degrees and is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to serve and connect with an even broader range of homebuyers.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys spending time with her three grown children and four grandchildren, including identical twin granddaughters. She's also an animal lover with three rescue dogs and a rescue cat. When she has some time to herself, you'll likely find her tending to her collection of houseplants, riding her bike, or sewing.
