With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, and sales management, Ryan Childress brings both leadership and heart to his role as Homestead’s VP/Regional Sales Manager in Columbus, Ohio.

Ryan first entered this industry right out of college, starting with a real estate title company before moving into mortgage operations as a Closer. After five years behind the scenes, his passion for helping people achieve homeownership led him into sales and, ultimately, sales management, where he built and led high-performing teams responsible for over $250 million in annual production.

Known for his patience and clear communication, Ryan takes pride in guiding clients through what can be one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. He believes every borrower deserves to feel informed, supported, and confident in their choices, and he takes the time to explain each step in detail. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer with questions or a homeowner looking to refinance, Ryan’s approach is rooted in trust, education, and genuine care.
