Steve joins Homestead with more than 20 years of leadership experience driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic expansion across multi-state markets. As our Senior VP—Southeast Division Manager, Steve is ready to share his expertise in P&L management, risk and regulatory oversight, capital markets relationships, and large-scale team leadership.

Over the course of his career, Steve has successfully scaled mortgage platforms, expanded market share, and developed innovative business development strategies, including joint ventures and national partnership agreements. He has a strong track record of transforming underperforming divisions into high-growth, high-efficiency organizations by implementing disciplined operating structures, recruiting top talent, and forging strategic partnerships. His leadership has consistently delivered measurable improvements in profitability, production, and employee engagement.

Outside the office, Steve is a life-long dedicated Florida State Seminole and serves as the Treasurer of the Emerald Coast Seminole Booster Club in Destin, Florida. He is a Past President and current Chairman of the Trustees for the All Sports Association of Northwest Florida, as well as the Chairman of the Okaloosa County Municipal Services Benefit Unit in Bluewater Bay.
